You can give permission to create meetings on your behalf and to make other changes. When you share your calendar with someone, that person can open your calendar. You can share your Office 365 calendar in the Outlook application. As a workaround, they may use the Office 365 portal, or upgrade to Outlook 2016. Please Note : Users who are using Outlook 2011 for Mac will be able to sync their personal calendars with Office 365 Calendar, but they cannot sync shared calendars or calendars for which they are delegates.
